What does each role in my account mean?
Below you will find explanations of each role that are assigned within your account.
District Lead: Highest-level district access
- District Leads oversee all the schools within their district, and District Leads at non-rostered schools can invite and remove members. They can also assign and change roles as needed.
- District Leads have access to our Analytics reporting for all schools and all members in their district.
- District Leads have access to Tiers 2 and 3, and can view students with Tier 2/3 interventions across all schools within your district.
- District Leads can grant members Billing and/or Security permissions.

School Lead: Highest-level school access
- School Leads oversee and manage their specific school. This includes inviting other school leads and educators, as well as removing members and managing roles.
- School Leads have access to our Analytics reporting for their specific building and all members in their building.
- School Leads have access to Tiers 2 and 3, and can view students with Tier 2/3 interventions within their building.
- School Leads can grant members Billing permissions.
Educator: Basic-level account access
- An educator has curriculum access based on their school access, but cannot manage other members.
- Tiers 2 and 3 are visible to educators, but access to the Dashboards must be granted by a School or District Lead.
