Why can’t I create a class between July 1st and July 29th?

Tier 1 classes created before July 1st will automatically archive (read-only) on June 30th as part of our year-end rollover. Click here to learn more about how this impacts class data.

Class creation will be paused from July 1st to July 29th while we finalize the new Teach & Explore experience for the 2026-27 school year. This pause allows us to make important updates so we can deliver the most effective and seamless new experience for our customers.
