The Time Spent Dashboard in CharacterStrong gives District Leads a high-level view of engagement across all schools and users in their district. This insight helps you support implementation, identify patterns, and celebrate progress—all in one place.
🏫 What You Can See
As a District Lead, you can view:
- District-Wide Usage – Get a full picture of platform engagement across your entire district
- Time Spent by School - See how much time each school is spending on the platform

Time Spent by Member – View how much time each individual educator is spending on the platform

Overall Engagement – Gain a high-level overview of your schools' activity and usage trends

Trending Sessions – Identify which sessions are most frequently used

Time Spent by Product – See how time is being spent across different CharacterStrong products
This data is designed to support coaching, drive strategy, and spotlight successes.
🔍 Filter for Deeper Insights
You can filter your dashboard view to focus on specific time frames:

7 Days – View recent weekly engagement

30 Days – Look at broader trends
- 365 Days - Look at implemntation for the entire year

Custom Date Range – Target specific time periods (e.g., beginning of the school year, post-training follow-up)
Please note: You can only search 365 days at a time.
📤 Exporting Your Data
Export your engagement data for offline use or to share with your team. Two export options are available:

Total Time Spent – A summary of overall platform usage

By Member – Detailed usage broken down by individual educators

By Product – Time spent across different CharacterStrong products

By Trending Sessions – Insights into the most frequently accessed sessions
