How to Deactivate or Activate Members

This guide will show you how to use your lead account to deactivate or activate member's accounts.

1. On your dashboard, select 'School Management'

2. Select 'Members' tab

3. Locate the member you wish to activate or deactivate & select the 3 dots next to their name

4. Select 'Deactivate Account' or if the account needs to be reactivated, select 'Activate Account
