How do I manually change a student’s grade level in Tier 2?

Students who were manually added to Tier 2 can have their grade level updated directly from the student’s profile. This is helpful at the start of a new school year, or any time a student’s grade needs to be corrected.

Who Can Update a Student’s Grade Level?

Grade levels can be updated by:

  • District Leads
  • School Leads
  • Users with Tier 2 permissions

A Note for Rostered Districts

If your district is rostered, student grade levels are updated automatically through your rostering integration. The steps below are for students who were manually added to the platform.

  1. Navigate to Tier 2 and select Delivery Dashboard.
  2. Click Students.
