How do I delete student data in Tier 2 or Tier 3?
Learn when and how to delete Tier 2 data or remove a student entirely from the platform. This article explains the difference between deleting Tier 2-specific data and deleting a student (which also removes Tier 3 data). It also includes confirmation steps to prevent accidental data loss.
Overview:
When managing student data, you have two deletion options:

Delete Tier 2 Data Only

Delete Student (All Data)
Note: This will permanently remove both Tier 2 and Tier 3 data.
Steps:

Select Tier 2 or Tier 3 on the left hand side menu.
- Select Delivery Dashboard -> Tier 2 or Student Dashboard -> Tier 3.
- Select Students.

Find the student and click on the three dots to the right of their name.

- Select Delete Student.

Choose Delete Tier 2 Data.

You’ll see a confirmation message reminding you this will remove any Tier 2-specific data.

Note: You cannot delete Tier 3 data unless deleting the student entirely.
To Delete the Entire Student:

Choose Delete Student.

You’ll see a reminder to check that no Tier 3 data needs to be saved.

Confirm by clicking I Understand and Delete Student.

Double-check with your team before deleting a student to prevent accidental data loss.
