How do I add a co-facilitator to my class?

Add a Co-Teacher While Creating a Class

1. Log into the curriculum site: curriculum.characterstrong.com/login
2. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Tier 1
3. Expand the Tier 1 section
4. Click the Classes tab
5. Choose to view your current classes, or click Add Class if you are creating a new one.
   
6. In the class setup form, locate the Facilitators field near the top right
   **Confirm you are listed as a facilitator as well!
7. Search for the user you want to add as a co-facilitator
8. Select their name to add them to the class
9. Complete the remaining class details, including:
   • Class Name
   • Grade Level
   • Curriculum
10. Click Add Class to save your changes

Edit Co-Teachers on an Existing Class

You can update facilitators on a class at any time.

1. Go to Tier 1 in the left-hand menu
2. Click the Classes tab
3. Find the class you want to update
4. Click the three dots next to the class
5. Select Edit Class.
   
6. In the Facilitators field, add or remove facilitators as needed
7. Save your changes
