What are Individual Accounts?

An individual account gives each staff member their own personal login for accessing CharacterStrong.

With an individual account:

• Your email address is your username
• You create your own password
• Your account is linked to your organization(s)

• Customized access based on your role
• Improved data and reporting
• A more streamlined user experience
• Classes to manage lesson delivery

Getting Started

To begin setting up individual accounts, have your school lead contact our support team at support@characterstrong.com.

Our team will help guide them through the next steps.

Who Should Contact Support?

Your school lead will need to initiate the setup process. This is typically the person leading CharacterStrong implementation in your building, such as a:

• Counselor
• Principal
• Curriculum lead
