What are Individual Accounts?
History of CharacterStrong Curriculum Accounts
From Shared to Individual Access
Originally, access to the CharacterStrong curriculum was provided through shared accounts—a single, building-wide login used by all staff at a given school. These accounts offered a simple way to get everyone started and will remain available to our legacy users during the transition to ensure uninterrupted curriculum access.
Why We're Moving to Individual Accounts
With an individual account:
- Your email becomes your username
- You create your own secure password
- Your account is linked to your organization, giving you access to all curriculum your school or district has purchased
- More customized access based on each user’s role
- Improved data and reporting capabilities
- A more streamlined user experience
- Provides access to Tier 2 & 3
✅ Ready to Make the Switch?
To begin setting up your individual account, have your school lead reach out to our support team at support@characterstrong.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and ensure a smooth transition.
Not sure who should reach out?
We’ll need your school lead to initiate the process. This is typically the person responsible for leading CharacterStrong in your building - such as a counselor, principal, or curriculum lead.
