Accessing the Members Table
As a School Lead, you have access to view and manage your members table.
- Log into your account by going to login.characterstrong.com (Username: FULL email address, Password: Personally Set)
- Navigate to the "School Management" tab on the left-hand side to view and manage your members.
What to Do if a Staff Member Has Switched Schools
If a staff member has transferred to another school within the district:
- Contact your District Lead.
- Request that they transition the staff member to their new school.
- The District Lead can follow this step-by-step process to complete user transfer.
Managing Staff Members Who Are No Longer at Your District
At the beginning of the year, you may notice some staff members listed who are no longer part of your school. To manage their accounts:
- Locate the staff member’s name in the members table.
- Click the three dots next to their name.
- Choose either "Deactivate Account" or "Remove Account."
- Deactivate Account:
- This makes the account inactive but retains the information.
- To reactivate, click the three dots again and select "Activate Account."
- Use this option for staff members on temporary leave (e.g., maternity leave).
- Remove Account:
- This permanently deletes the user's account, preventing all future access.
- Use this option if the staff member has permanently left the district.
