Back-to-School Data Rollover

CharacterStrong defines the school year as July 1st - June 30th! 

By default, views will display current school year data only, where applicable. For additional details, please refer to the information for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 in the in-depth articles below.

Data from previous school years will not deleted as part of this process. Historical data is retained by default and will only be deleted if a district specifically requests its removal.

Users will continue to have access to prior school year data and can switch between the current and previous years to view historical information.

NOTE: CharacterStrong will be deleting legacy customer shared accounts as individual accounts are required. This deletion effort is not tied to general School Year rollover efforts and is only relevant for visibility as the timing of this will coincide with the SY Rollover Run for the run on June 30, 2026.
