Can I get a renewal quote for the upcoming school year?

For your renewal quote, please contact your Customer Success Manager. If you're unsure who that is, reach out to our team at support@characterstrong.com and we'll connect you with the right person.

Why did I receive a renewal invoice without requesting it?

You are receiving a new invoice because renewals are automatically generated a year after purchase.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please reach out to support@characterstrong.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, mailed checks, and direct deposit.

Checks can be written out to CharacterStrong, LLC and mailed to our remittance-only address at:
