As part of our continued efforts to improve clarity and alignment with current terminology, we’ve updated the names of our key curriculum areas. Below is a breakdown of the new titles alongside their previous names to help you navigate these changes with ease:

Regulation (Secondary: previously Externalizing)

This pillar focuses on helping students understand and manage their emotions, particularly when dealing with externalizing behaviors. Strategies include emotional awareness, de-escalation techniques, and regulation tools.


šŸ’Ŗ Courage (Elementary: previously Coping)

Coping (Secondary: previously Internalizing)

Courage is centered on supporting students who experience internalizing behaviors such as anxiety or withdrawal. This content empowers students with healthy coping strategies and tools to build resilience.

Kindness (PreK-K)

(Previously: Social Skills)
